Free Shipping Policy

Just-Baby-Nursery-Bedding.Com is proud to offer FREE standard ground shipping. This offer applies to ALL orders delivered to a residential physical address (excluding APO/FPO addresses) within the 48 contiguous United States. Once shipped, allow 2-5 business days for delivery. If your situation is other than this, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Be prepared to provide your state, city, zip code and type of shipping desired.

General Shipping Information

When purchasing several items they may ship separately. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on the product. Shipments typically leave our warehouse within 5-10 business days of receiving the order. Some orders can take 4-6 weeks to ship depending on the product. If your item is not in stock, we will keep you apprised of your individual situation.

Return Policy

We make every effort to provide you with great values. If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. we will in turn contact the manufacturer and start the return process.

Returned items must be returned unused and in their original purchase condition which includes:

Original purchase and manufacturing packaging.
Any documentation and warranty information.
Any and all accessories in original purchase condition.
Any items purchased in a set must be returned in a set and not individually.
Any items purchased with tags attached must be returned with tags intact.

If the returned merchandise does not meet the above requirements, the merchandise will be returned. Return shipping will be charged, and no refund will be made.

General Merchandise Return Procedure

In an appropriately sized box, pack your item for return including original packing slip.
Please write a quite note to explain your reason for returning the product.
Return the package to the address we provide for your specific product. Be sure to write the RMA# (return merchandise authorization number)on the front.
We will e-mail you when we receive your package, to confirm receipt.
After we inspect and approve your refund, we will credit the credit card you used to make the purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping charges (if they apply) will not be refunded and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. However if we have made the error, we accept responsibility, for shipping charges.

Heavy/Bulky Return Procedure

Late Returns

Items received after the described time period will be returned to you. Again, customers are responsible for shipping charges. If an item is received for a second time, it will not be returned to the customer.
